Inspired by Johnny Neill’s travels to the USA and his memories of discovering succulent juicy cherries from the state of Michigan. Whitley Neill Black Cherry gin has been created to capture these flavours.
Aroma: Initial aromas of cherries are followed by hints of almonds with a faint wisp of chocolate.
Palate: A richness of stewed cherries and fruits enhance the flavour with a very slight tartness on the finish.
Finish: A well balanced and long and intense finish with a pleasing aftertaste.
